I come from a background in Retail & fashion, Recently quitting my job at Lord & Taylor, to focus on my food career, and run Chess Cooks, full time. I’ve never took any classes for cooking, or baking, it’s just what i have a passion for, in fact i actually took classes for fashion & photography, back in 2009.
